Key Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students with ASC, SEMH, and behaviour needs. Assisting in implementing individual education plans and behaviour management strategies. Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities. Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students. Requirements: Essential prior experience supporting children or young adults with ASC, SEMH, and behaviour challenges. Strength, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students with SEND. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
