Collaborating closely with fellow staff members, you'll design and implement engaging lessons that cater to the unique requirements of each student. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEND students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for all students. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support SEND students' learning journey. Attend meetings with parents and professionals to discuss student progress and plan interventions. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in SEND education to continually enhance teaching approaches. Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Skills: Degree in education or a related field. Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.). Previous experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs. In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by SEND students. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently.
