Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in SEND education to continually enhance teaching approaches. Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Skills: Degree in education or a related field. Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.). Previous experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs. In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by SEND students. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently.
