Job Title: TAs needed for School in Upper Warlingham
My client are an independent 7-18 school .The principles of their school is rooted on the Christian values which permeates every aspect of its life. The Children actively learn about these values and are expected to treat everyone in a friendly and empathetic manner. They work collectively to achieve their school vision “A global education ecosystem that develops life-ready students who learn how to learn.” Their school motto is ‘Learning to Learn’ – this is embedded through their specific Pedagogy of Self-Directed Learning which is at the heart of everything they do. They are now looking for Teaching Assistants to join their team. They are happy to consider both part and full time candidates. Your role will include: Helping students to identify their self-directed qualities. Encourage children to take initiative to identify their learning needs, undertake learning strategies to progress and evaluate their learning experiences. Encourage children to make the most of the rich and wide-ranging curriculum on offer, that enables them to succeed and to be ‘Life-Ready’. Working hours are 8am to 4pm. Nearest stations are Whyteleafe, Upper Warlingham and Whyteleafe South station. Pay is £95.29 per day. Trial days are taking place ASAP.
