Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Students with SEND

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Featherstone, WF7. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with SEND, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND, assisting them with their learning and personal development. • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. • Implement individualized learning plans and accommodations to meet the diverse needs of students. • Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, promoting their confidence and self-esteem. • Assist with classroom activities, including preparing materials and resources as needed. • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians. Requirements: • Experience working with students with SEND is preferred but not essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering competitive starting pay from £95 per day.
