Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEND, assisting them with their learning and personal development. • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. • Implement individualized learning plans and accommodations to meet the diverse needs of students. • Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, promoting their confidence and self-esteem. • Assist with classroom activities, including preparing materials and resources as needed. • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
