This role is vital in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their educational journey, fostering a positive and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASD, tailoring assistance based on individual needs and learning styles. • Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively. • Assist in creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and communication skills. • Facilitate social skills development through structured activities and peer interaction. • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff to inform instructional strategies. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to ASD.
