Care Support Worker – Adult Education Centre | N8 | September Start
Axcis Education is recruiting for a caring and reliable Care Support Worker to join an adult education centre in the N8 area from September on a full-time basis.
This role involves supporting young adults and adult learners with additional needs, helping them access education, life skills, and daily activities within a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting learners with SEND and complex needs
Assisting with personal care where required
Promoting independence, confidence, and wellbeing
Supporting learners during educational and practical activities
Working closely with teaching and care staff to ensure student safety and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working within care, SEND, or support work settings
Comfortable supporting personal care needs
Patient, compassionate, and reliable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting adults with additional needs desirable
