Job Title: Care Workers needed for Teaching Assistant roles in schools
Axcis Education has had a very positive experience working with care workers who are interested in transferring their skills to work with children with SEND needs. We are an education recruitment agency with a range of part time, full-time and ad hoc roles to go along side your work- life and build up your CV. We can be flexible around your schedule and offer competitive rates of pay. We work in the Plymouth and Cornwall area.
We have exciting opportunities working in schools as a SEND teaching assistant. You will be able to build relationships with pupils that need 1-1 support in the classroom. You will support their development, be in communication with the school’s SENCO and build professional relationships with important staff that may be interested in building your career from a care worker to a teaching assistant. You will also work alongside the main teacher following their lesson plans, leading 1-1 activities, and following school policies in behaviour management.
We have heard positive feedback from schools we work with regarding the previous care workers that work for us. If you or any of your friends may be interested in working with us, please apply now.
