You will be able to build relationships with pupils that need 1-1 support in the classroom. You will support their development, be in communication with the school’s SENCO and build professional relationships with important staff that may be interested in building your career from a care worker to a teaching assistant. You will also work alongside the main teacher following their lesson plans, leading 1-1 activities, and following school policies in behaviour management.
