The successful candidate will work closely with our educational team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of our pupils. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students with cerebral palsy in classroom settings, providing one-to-one support and facilitating their engagement with the curriculum. - Work collaboratively with the special educational needs coordinator (SENCO), occupational therapists, and other professionals to implement tailored educational plans. - Apply recommended therapeutic techniques and aids to encourage students' independence and academic progression. - Monitor and report on pupils' progress, adapting strategies to suit their evolving needs. - Foster a supportive and understanding atmosphere that promotes students' self-esteem and integration within the school community. - Aid with personal care tasks when required, ensuring dignity and respect for all pupils.
