We are looking for a dedicated Communication Support Assistant to join our well-equipped and inclusive school in Exmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where all teachers sign, and there are extensive resources to support both staff and students.
About the Role:
• Supporting a diverse mix of students with varying communication needs.
• Adapting to a range of learning needs, from low to high support requirements.
• Working closely with teachers and support staff in a fully equipped setting.
• Using BSL to facilitate effective communication and learning.
Requirements:
• BSL Level 2 minimum (or higher).
• Experience working with children or young people with communication needs.
• A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting students.
