The school has a strong pastoral network, excellent leadership and an ethos based on respect and ambition. In this role, you will be: • Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher. • Maintaining a positive learning environment and encouraging student engagement. • Managing classroom behaviour using restorative and consistent approaches. • Supporting within the SEND department when required.
