Cover Supervisor – Secondary – Barking & Dagenham From £100/day | Secondary | Barking & Dagenham | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Axcis are supporting a Good Ofsted-rated secondary school in Barking & Dagenham who are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support across KS3 and KS4. The school has a strong pastoral network, excellent leadership and an ethos based on respect and ambition. The site offers free staff parking and is close to the District and Hammersmith & City lines. In this role, you will be: • Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher. • Maintaining a positive learning environment and encouraging student engagement. • Managing classroom behaviour using restorative and consistent approaches. • Supporting within the SEND department when required. What we’re looking for: • Experience as a Cover Supervisor, TA or coach in a secondary school. • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills. • Adaptability and confidence leading classes independently. • A positive attitude and professional approach.
