Position: Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Redditch (B98) Contract: Full-time or Part-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm) Pay: From £89 per day Start Date: December 2025 A welcoming primary school in Redditch (B98) is looking for a caring and committed Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. The school is seeking someone who is passionate about supporting young children, particularly those with additional needs such as communication delays, developmental needs, or social/emotional challenges. You will be working within the Early Years setting, supporting children through play-based learning, classroom routines, and small-group activities. This is a rewarding role suited to someone patient, nurturing, and confident in building relationships with young learners. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
