Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £155 – £280 per day / £775 – £1,400 per week
Axcis Education is recruiting a compassionate and inspiring EYFS Teacher to lead inclusive learning for children with additional needs in an Early Years setting.
The Role:
• Plan and deliver EYFS curriculum tailored to individual development levels
• Support communication, social interaction, and independence through play-based learning
• Collaborate with SENCO, support staff, and external professionals
• Monitor progress and adapt approaches to meet pupils’ specific needs
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
About You:
• QTS and experience within EYFS or SEND education
• Understanding of autism, sensory needs, or speech and language delay
• Excellent organisational and behaviour management skills
• Passionate about child-centred learning and inclusive education
• Current Child DBS (Adult DBS desirable)
