We are currently seeking enthusiastic, committed, and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistants and Student Assistants to work across a range of educational settings, including mainstream primary and secondary schools as well as special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) schools. This may include assisting children with special educational needs, delivering targeted academic support in subjects such as English or Maths, or supporting pupils with emotional or behavioural needs. Your work may take place within the classroom or in small-group/1:1 interventions. Your duties could include: Supporting learning activities under teacher guidance Helping to manage classroom behaviour Encouraging pupil engagement and participation Supporting students with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs Creating a positive, inclusive environment for all learners Requirements: Currently studying at university (all years welcome) Some experience working with children or young people, either in a voluntary or professional capacity A passion for education and helping others Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and patient approach Whether you're looking for a few hours a week or more regular work, we’d love to hear from you.
