This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–4 pm, starting ASAP. It begins with a 16-week settling-in period, leading to a permanent position, and pays £13.70 per hour. About the Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be part of a specialist provision designed to help young people with additional needs build confidence, independence and life skills. You’ll work alongside experienced tutors and learning support staff in small, structured classes — offering encouragement, adapting activities and helping students to achieve their personal and academic goals.
