Calling all Health and Social students! Are you currently studying an NVQ in Health and Social care and looking for a paid part time job to gain hands on experience? We can help. If you are currently studying with an interest working in childcare or in Special Educational Needs, we want to hear from you. We have had many students over the years become SEND teaching assistants or community enablers working with us on a part time basis. Our hours are term time only, school hours, allowing you to work up to three days a week. We can be flexible along side your college rota and exams. You must have some experience or knowledge in childcare and SEND. Whether that be personal experiences, placements, or previous paid work. If you have worked in care this is also a transferable skills we look at. Your role as a teaching assistant will be to assist a small class of pupils who have additional needs. You will support their education, adapt to their needs in the classroom, and be a role model to the pupils.
