About the Role: As an HLTA with Axcis, you will: Support teaching and learning across the school, working with individuals, small groups, or whole classes. - Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover for teacher absences. - Assist in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities. - Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs (SEND experience is a bonus!). - Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
