An Outstanding-rated SEN school is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 2 students with high needs. This full-time role (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) involves providing both 1:1 and small group support, including personal care responsibilities. Once a week, the position requires supervision of students in waist-depth water during swimming activities (no swimming required). Starting in January. Requirements: • Previous experience with SEN children in a school setting. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply. • Comfortable with personal care tasks.
