Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic KS3 Teacher to join our vibrant educational team in Dorking, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 3 students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, sharing best practices and resources.
- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, engagement, and motivation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student well-being and achievement.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
