Job Opportunity: Learning Coaches (Part-Time) Location: College in Merton Start Date: ASAP We are seeking dedicated Learning Coaches to join our team and support students with learning difficulties in the SEND provision of our college. Key Details: Roles: Part-time opportunities available -4 days per week: Tuesday to Friday -2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday Responsibilities: -Provide tailored support to students in their learning. -Accompany students on walks and engage them in outdoor activities. -Assist students with daily activities, such as trips to the shops. -Foster a positive learning environment, promoting student confidence and independence. -Collaborate with teaching staff to meet individual learning goals. Requirements: -Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a mainstream or SEND setting is highly desirable—this role is perfect for you! -Passionate about helping students reach their potential. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
