About the Role: As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital part in supporting pupils on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them develop socially, emotionally, and academically. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff, your role will involve: - Building trusted relationships with pupils who may face barriers to learning due to social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. - Supporting students to develop resilience, confidence, and engagement with their learning. - Acting as a positive role model and consistent presence in the school day. - Promoting inclusion and helping children from different backgrounds, including those with additional needs, to thrive in a mainstream classroom environment.
