About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils across primary and secondary age groups, helping them to access learning, develop communication skills, and build confidence and independence. The role will involve a combination of 1:1 support and small group intervention work, tailored to meet the individual needs of each learner.
