Learning Support Assistant– Secondary School Location: Plymouth Salary: £85 - £95 per day Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Support students in accessing the curriculum, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). • Work closely with teachers to provide targeted interventions and in-class support. • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Assist with personal development, fostering confidence and independence in students. About You: • Passionate about education and supporting young people. • Experience working with children or young adults, particularly those with SEND (desirable but not essential). • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
