Job Title: Lecturer - SEN Department College
Location: Uxbridge
Job Type: Full-time - Mon to Friday - 8:30-4:15pm
Pay: 14.25- £16 per hour
September 2026 start
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer to join a supportive college in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to Further Education students, supporting their academic progress and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-planned and engaging lessons to FE students.
Prepare, assess, and mark student work in line with curriculum requirements.
Support learners in achieving their academic goals and potential.
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience teaching or lecturing in Further Education or a relevant subject area.
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable.
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
A passion for supporting and developing learners.
