We’re looking for a compassionate, flexible, and proactive Teaching Assistant who can bring energy, patience, and a great sense of humour to our team! In this role, you’ll work both in the classroom and 1:1 with pupils, many of whom have special educational needs. If you’re passionate about engaging young people in sports, the creative arts, outdoor pursuits, and essential life skills activities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience working in classroom settings, ideally with pupils who have special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils and provide individual support.
Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to help students navigate complex needs.
A flexible and adaptable attitude, ready to jump in and go the extra mile for our students.
What You’ll Do:
Provide classroom support to ensure every student feels engaged and included.
Work one-on-one with pupils to offer personalized assistance tailored to their individual learning styles and needs.
Facilitate activities across sports, the arts, outdoor pursuits, and life skills to create a rich, balanced educational experience.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop a supportive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
