This welcoming and inclusive school is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support their SEND pupils from the ages of 4 years to 11 years. The ideal candidate will be confident in monitoring the progress and learning of pupils, providing one-to-one or small group support. A proactive and enthusiastic approach is key to anticipating pupils’ needs, adapting support strategies in real-time, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
