Occupational Therapist – Surrey (Godalming) Location: Godalming, Surrey Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00?–?15:30 Salary: Paid to NHS/UK scale Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Godalming. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children and adults across a range of clinical settings, supporting independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. • Deliver goal-oriented OT interventions (e.g., ADL training, adaptive equipment, cognitive strategies). • Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, speech-language therapists, and social services. • Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with governance standards. • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and audit cycles. • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers. • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Qualifications & Experience • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist. • Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience (clinical or community setting). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
