About the role: We’re looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic College Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision for students aged 16+ with complex learning needs, autism, SEMH, physical disabilities and learning disabilities. You’ll support students in all aspects of their day – from learning and communication to developing independence and social skills. Some students require help with personal care, so confidence and sensitivity in this area is essential.
