We are looking for x2 Post-16 SEND teaching assistants to start asap in Redditch. You will be working in a fantastic local setting, who are looking for two full-time, long-term SEN teaching assistants with prior school, support work or similar background. You will be partnered when starting with an experienced staff member to help you settle in-role and the school also provides regular CPD training, which is offered on top of the free CPD courses provided on-top by Axcis Education as your employer. Whilst school experience would be ideal, transferrable experience is fully accepted and the setting will take extra time to support you through.
