The ideal candidate will be someone who: • Has a track record of delivering good or outstanding outcomes for all children. • Has excellent organisational skills and is able to prioritise own and other’s work. • Can lead and support class, group, and individual activities inside and outside. • Can monitor children’s progress, assess achievement, and record results and observations, sharing outcomes with others in school and parents. • Is a team player with a sense of humour and good communication and inter-personal skills. • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. • Has relevant experience teaching in a primary school setting.
