About the Role
A thriving and nurturing primary school in M15 is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our KS1 or KS2 team (year group preference can be discussed). This role will suit someone who loves building strong relationships with children, embraces creative teaching approaches, and believes every child can succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons tailored to pupils’ needs
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom where children feel valued and motivated
• Use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress and plan next steps
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support learning at home
• Contribute to school displays, assemblies, and enrichment activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and year group initiatives
• Support the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
Requirements
• QTS
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and early learning principles
• Ability to differentiate for a wide range of learning needs
• Positive, resilient, and compassionate teaching style
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to be part of a collaborative team
