Job Description • As a Primary Teaching Assistant with Axcis, you will: • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in class, small groups, or 1:1 • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom organisation • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and speech & language needs • Help create a positive, encouraging learning environment • Contribute to safeguarding and ensure the well-being of all pupils • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff.
