Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Primary Teaching Assistant (SEND – 1:1 & Small Groups)
Location: Primary School
Start Date: After February Half Term
Pay: £89–£95 per day
Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support SEND pupils with EHCPs in a primary school setting.
This role involves:
Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
Delivering small group interventions
Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional development
Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous classroom-based experience as a Teaching Assistant
Experience supporting SEND pupils, particularly those with EHCPs
Confident working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups
Calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Reliable and available for a full-time commitment
