Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialist school setting? Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with complex needs?
We are currently working with a very sought after and well respected college in Bristol who are seeking dedicated Psychology graduates to join their team as Specialist Learning Support Assistants starting in September 2026 and continuing for the full academic year ideally.
This highly regarded college supports pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, SEMH needs and communication difficulties and the college offers outstanding facilities and a collaborative team environment that focuses on each students’ unique potential.

What we’re looking for:
• Psychology graduates (or those with a related degree)
• Individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs
• A strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to assist with personal care and mobility needs where required
