Job Title: Room Leader
EYFS Room Lead (Level 3 Qualified) – Full Time Location: Primary School, N12 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are looking for a passionate and experienced EYFS Room Lead (Level 3 qualified) to join our welcoming early years team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to take the next step in their career and lead a vibrant, nurturing room within our Early Years provision. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences. Create and maintain a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for all children. Plan and implement the EYFS curriculum, ensuring the individual needs of each child are met. Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children’s development and wellbeing. Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are fully met. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential). Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with babies in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
