Job Title: Secondary HLTA
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in Friern Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all year groups and subject areas. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging learning activities, provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, and lead whole-class sessions where required. You will also assist in monitoring student progress and contribute to creating a positive and purposeful learning environment.
