Are you passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a school as a Teaching Assistant at a vibrant high school in Warrington. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to students with SEMH requirements, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Your duties will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support, and implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour management. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£13.50. We are looking for individuals with previous experience working with challenging behaviour, preferably within an educational setting. However, candidates with relevant experience from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
