Job Title: SEN Teacher
Axcis is working with a lovely special needs school in Harrow, which is seeking a dedicated and qualified teacher with secondary level experience to join the team. This full-time position involves supporting students aged 11-16 who are studying at Key Stage 2 level. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored educational support to students with special needs, ensuring each child's unique requirements are met. - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the educational needs of students studying at Key Stage 2 level. - Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. - Collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - Experience teaching at the secondary level. - Experience supporting students with ASD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour and more complex needs - Enhanced DBS on the update service. - Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday. - Ready to start in September, with availability for trials/interviews before the summer holidays.
