Role Overview In this role, you will support pupils with a variety of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language challenges, and other learning difficulties. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals. - Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored interventions. - Using creative and engaging strategies to encourage participation and development. - Supporting emotional well-being and promoting positive behaviour.
