Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant
Erith | Quick Start | Full-Time, Term Time Only | From £92.63 per day (PAYE) | 9am-5pm.
If you’re passionate about supporting young people, Axcis Education is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a lovely college in Erith, supporting students aged 16+ with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties and additional learning needs.
What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Assisting learners during vocational activities including cooking, creative projects, and practical skills sessions
• Encouraging independence, communication, and social development
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs to engage in learning
• Helping young people develop life skills, employability skills, and confidence.
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
