Key Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs to meet the needs of students with SEND. • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, adapting strategies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. • Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs). • Promote inclusion and positive behaviour within the classroom, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all learners. • Assist with the physical and emotional well-being of students, providing guidance and encouragement.
