Job Title: SEND Teacher
SEND Teacher (EYFS/KS1) – Long-Term Role Until July Location: Home-based planning with in-school teaching Start Date: Immediate Salary: Main Scale Teacher Salary + SEND Allowance Hours: Full-time, with an additional ½ day paid PPA We are seeking a strong and experienced EYFS/KS1 SEND Teacher to join our team on a long-term basis until July. You will be teaching a small, nurturing class of 6 pupils, supported by 2 dedicated TAs. The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience in EYFS and/or KS1 SEND settings. Be confident in supporting pupils with complex needs, including undertaking personal care as part of the role. Demonstrate knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas (desirable but not essential): BSquared assessment tools Safeguarding and positive behaviour support Positive Handling strategies Widgit communication symbols EYFS Assessments and frameworks Colourful Semantics Attention Autism approach We are looking for someone passionate, adaptable, and committed to helping every child reach their potential in a caring, inclusive environment.
