									SEND Teaching Assistant – Early Years Support
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 – £105 per day / £445 – £525 per week
Axcis Education is seeking a nurturing and proactive Teaching Assistant to support Early Years pupils with SEND needs, including autism and sensory processing differences.
The Role:
•	Provide 1:1 and small group support for EYFS pupils
•	Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence
•	Implement structured routines to support emotional regulation
•	Work alongside class teachers and SENCO to adapt learning
About You:
•	Experience supporting EYFS or SEND pupils
•	Calm, patient, and caring approach
•	Strong teamwork and communication skills
•	Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and SEND strategies
