We are working with an amazing SEND school in Worcester, you will be working with primary aged children who have varied SEND needs. The school is a fit for purpose school with takes extra time to invest in the learning & development of each of their students, catering the daily plan to the needs of each of their small classes. Large emphasis is often placed on outdoor activities where possible but the students do access the mainstream curriculum. The school are looking for multiple SEND teaching assistants to start immediately but are happy to wait for the right individual if you have a short notice period. The school pushes to build a family feeling between staff and are always looking at opportunities to upskill all their staff to make you feel as comfortable and confident as possible, as this has helps get the best outcome with the students. Previous experience working with children with adults with SEND needs is required to be considered, however this does not have to be necessarily from a school setting. This role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30 until 3:30. You will be paid from £95.29 per day, which will be paid on a weekly basis.
