This specialist role involves supporting complex learning and medical needs in a safe and structured environment. The Role: You will: • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD. • Assist with personal care, feeding, and hoisting (training provided). • Use sensory strategies and assistive technology to promote engagement. • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and medical staff. • Create a nurturing, consistent learning environment.
