This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, resilient and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a highly supportive environment. About the Role As a SEND TA, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils with a range of SEMH needs, helping them to develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive relationships. You will play a key role in promoting engagement with learning and supporting children to manage their behaviour in a safe and constructive way.
