Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

Position: Teaching Assistant (Primary School Setting)

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Location: St Austell
Pay: £87 - £95 per day
Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with SEND, helping them thrive throughout their educational journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse special educational needs.
Assisting with classroom activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Supporting students in their social, emotional, and academic development.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and qualities:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role (e.g., carer, support worker, youth worker, etc.) is preferred.
A genuine passion for supporting students with SEND and a commitment to their growth.
Prior experience working with SEND is an advantage but not essential.
