About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in this setting, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with complex medical and learning needs Assisting with personal care, including toileting and feeding Supporting pupils with mobility needs, sometimes involving hoisting Promoting a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals This is a deeply rewarding role for someone who is resilient, caring, and committed to inclusive education.
