The school has a strong reputation for inclusive practice and a highly supportive SENCO who works closely with staff to ensure pupils receive the right support to thrive. About the Role This role will involve supporting pupils with autism within the classroom and during structured interventions. The successful candidate will help create a calm and engaging learning environment while supporting pupils’ communication, social interaction and independence.
