SEND Teaching Assistant Location:SK8 Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm Contract Type: Term Time Only Start ASAP Axcis Education is working with a specialist setting in the SK8 area looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant, in a specialist provision. This role would suit someone who has either personal or professional experience of supporting SEND individuals, Or someone who aspires to work with them and is values driven. This is a really rewarding role where you’ll be supporting children and young people with complex needs, including autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. You’ll be working closely with students on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop important life skills. No two days will look the same you could be supporting in the classroom one moment, then helping with outdoor activities or practical sessions the next.
