SEND Teaching Assistant – PMLD | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Axcis Education is working in partnership with an all-through SEND school that caters for pupils with a range of complex learning needs. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with PMLD, helping them access learning while promoting their independence, communication and wellbeing. Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (PMLD) Start Date: Monday 7th September Hours: Full-time or part-time, 9:00am – 3:30pm Pay: £14.25–£16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will: • Have a calm, patient and resilient approach to supporting pupils with additional needs. • Be confident working alongside teachers and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. • Be passionate about supporting children and young people with complex SEND to achieve their full potential.
